The shelf life of our canned food is by a storage temperature up to 25° Celsius minimum 4 years and by a storage temperature from 26 to 40 ° Celsius minimum 1 year. |
Food Safety: The most important production step is the sterilization. We sterilize the canned food in an autoclave with a temperature of 125° Celsius (257°F). Only with this very high temperature the cans are safe to keep at Thailands tropical climate outside of a refridgerator. This treatment is in order with American and European food standards. |
