Just another brand of canned food?

You maybe think - why I should buy canned western food, when I find fresh made delicious Thai food almost everywhere at every time? Well, a good question. I live and work in Thailand since 1990. The first five and half years in Koh Samui and since 1995 in Hua Hin. So many times I was greedy for food I grow up with. I saw western restaurants all over Thailand, stacked with expats who wanted to eat simple but good food from their home countries. We get home sick from time to time and there is no better cure than food from our home country. I build up a very reputable German bakery and restaurant and of course our menu had a large selection of soups and stews. Customers from all over the world including very upscale Thais from the Kings Palace, government and Bangkok came by and enjoyed our soups. Many times I got to hear the same questions: why you don't have a restaurant outlett in Bangkok? Can we get your soups in supermarkets? Sorry, I had to reply, it is too difficult. But the idea was in my head to find a way to make my soups available to customers in Bangkok, even all over Thailand. I needed more than four years to get all informations about the technical side of food canning, finding new recepies or update existing ones. Many kind of soups are not suitable for canning, the taste was not right or the consistency. Now we are new on the market with our products. We will just start with a very small food line and I will be more than happy to get any backfeeds and ideas for new products.

Tomato soup - Tomatensuppe Not just another kind of tomato cream soup. Our tomato soup content pieces of tomatoes, onions and garlic. The use of olive oil, thyme leaves and a lot of coarse black pepper give this simple but good soup the extra kick. Of course no preservatives are used.

Split pea soup - Erbsensuppe Pea soup is one most consumptioned soup in Germany. Also very popular in all Scandinavian Countries. The consistency is traditional very thick and you can add some water if you like it more fluid. Slices of German style cervelas sausage and small cubes of potatoes and carrots making this soup to a filling meal. Of course no preservatives are used.

Hungarian goulash soup - Ungarische Gulaschsuppe There a existing several hundreds of recepies. Our goulash soup is prepared with beef and pork. Lots of onions, small cubes of potatoes and bell peppers giving this soup a nice consistency. Garlic, paprika powder and a little chili bring in a bit spicyness. An authentic Hungarian goulash soup need to have a little bit of caraway seeds. Some like our goulash soup. Of course no preservatives are used.

Indoneasian oxtail soup - Indonesische Ochsenschwanzsuppe I was very happy to get the recepy of this savoury and spicy soup in a famous restaurant in Malaysia. I has visited this place more than 30 times within the past 18 years and I ordered this soup every time. Enjoy the full flavour of more than then Asian spices where none of them overlay the taste. Cooked for about four hours for the tenderness of the oxtail meat. Of course no preservatives are used.

Chilli con Carne Many costumers from California, so called 'Chilli Experts' liking the taste of our Chilli con Carne. Prepared with tender minced beef, kidney beans, onions, tomatoes and chillis. Just to name the main ingredients. Thick and spicy but not to hot. Of course no preservatives are used.
